BIOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES I. (3-3-0). This is the first course in a two-part survey of fundamental biological science. Emphasis is placed on the molecular basis of life, cell structure, metabolism, reproduction, genetics, and gene expression. Corequisite: BIOL 1011. (Students may not receive credit for both Biology 1010 and Science 1020).
